Welcome back long gamers!

Back to regularly scheduled programming this week. Today I am exploring the circadian rhythm!
This is also known as the body's internal clock because it controls lots of things like when you wake up, when you feel hungry, your energy levels and mood. A lot of people are out of sync with their circadian rhythms so today I will explain how It works and why you need to look after it.
