Delicious flat bread, buttered with a bit of garlic and parsley. Yeast dough fried in a hot dry frying pan. I had to take pictures very quickly because they disappeared right after. My housemates love them. they are simple but delicious. It's hard to stop eating. I recommend....
Ingredients:
on the cake:
520 g of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 teaspoon of sugar,
a flat teaspoon of salt,
10 g dry yeast
3/4 cup of natural yogurt
3/4 cup of warm water
for lubrication:
80 g of butter,
3 tablespoons of parsley,
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, salt
