How to calculate Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) in an Excel spreadsheet

Hi guys, In this video I've shown the calculation of Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR). It solves the issues of multiple IRRs. It assumes that cash flows from all projects are reinvested at the cost of capital as opposed to the project's own IRR.
