Court denies Alec Baldwin's motion to dismiss 'Rust' shooting indictment

The trial of Alec Baldwin on a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the 2021 shooting death of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins will go forward after a New Mexico judge denied the actor’s request to dismiss the case.
