MASALA LASSIIngredients:1 cup thick curd1/4
MASALA LASSI
Ingredients:
1 cup thick curd
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
8-10 mint leaves
4-5 ice cubes
Method:- Add all the ingredients in a pot except ice. Blend nicely with a hand blender. Pour ice cubes in a glass. Over it pour masala lassi. Garnish with roasted cumin powder and a sprig of mint.
SWEET LASSI
Ingredients:
1 cup thick curd
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp white butter
2 tbsp malai
4-5 ice cubes
Chopped pistachios for garnish
Method:- Pour curd,sugar and ice in a blender and blend well. Pour it in a glass. Top it with white butter, malai and chopped pistachios.
ROSE LASSI
Ingredients:
1 cup thick curd
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp rose syrup+ for garnish
Few rose petals for garnish
4-5 ice cubes
Method:- Add curd, sugar, rose syrup and ice in a blender and blend well.
Pour in a glass. Garnish with rose syrup and rose petals.
AMRITSARI PEDA LASSI
Ingredients:
1 cup thick curd
2 tsp sugar
4 pedas
4-5 ice cubes
Chopped almonds for garnish
Saffron strands for garnish
Method:- Put curd,sugar,ice and 3 pedas in a blender and blend well. Pour it in a glass and top with peda, almonds and saffron.
