Pec Fly- 5 Pyramid Style Sets;  triple drop set on the last set
Incline Bench- 3 sets Pyramid Style; double drop set on the last set
Incline Dumbbell Bench- 3 sets Pyramid Style
High Cable Crossover- 3 sets of 10-12 reps; double drop set on last set
Flat Bench- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Cable Crossover wth Dips- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
One Arm Rope Pressdown with Pullovers- 3 sets of 10 reps
Skull Crusher/Close Grip Press- 3 sets of 10-12 reps (each movement)
Cable Pressdown- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
