Converting an old Flat bar hybrid to a Gravel eating machine

This Gravel bike conversion was a project I’d been thinking about for a while and having eventually found the perfect bike, I started it late last year. Life largely got in the way of the build but I finally got it finished last week and I couldn’t be happier with the result!
