لترحليب سائل
٣/٤كوب سميد ناعم او خشن /١٥٠غم
٣/٤ كوب سكر ابيض /١٥٠غرام
نص كوب جوز هند
ملعقه فانيلا صغيره او ماء ورد
نخلطهم مع بعض بوعاء على نار وسط على الغاز مع التحريك المستمر حتى يغلي ويجمد
ويتم فردة بصينية حجم وسط ويوضع بالثلاجه لساعه او ساعتين
مقادير التوفي
كوب سكر ابيض ٢٠٠غم
كوب ماءمغلي ٢٥٠مل
كوب حليب سائل مذوب معه ملعقة كبيرة او أثنين من بودرة نشا الذرة
على حسب رغبتك لقوام الكراميل. 👌
ونضيفه فوق التارت
ممكن اكله مباشره او وضعه بالثلاجه لساعه او ساعتين
ويزين بجوز الهند والفستق على حسب رغبتك. وصحه وعافيه

Ingredients in a home or standard cup of 250 ml
For liquid milk
3/4 cup fine or coarse semolina / 150 gm
3/4 cup white sugar / 150 grams
Half a cup of coconut
A small spoon of vanilla or rose water
Mix them with some pot over a medium heat on gas, stirring constantly, until they boil and freeze
It is done on a medium-sized tray and placed in the refrigerator for an hour or two
Toffee amounts
A cup of white sugar 200 g
A cup of boiled water 250 ml
A cup of liquid milk dissolved with a tablespoon or two, depending on your desire for the caramel texture.
And we add it on top of the tart
You can eat it directly or put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two
And decorate with coconut and pistachio as you wish. And health and wellness
