Recipe "Chocolate Chip Cookies":
Ingredients:
130 g soft butter
130 g sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
180 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
125 g chocolate (milk and dark)
Preparation:
Ganache:
0:11 Stir soft butter (130 g) with sugar (130 g).
0:26 Add vanilla extract (1/2 tsp), stir.
0:36 Add egg (1 pc) and mix thoroughly.
0:45 Add flour (180 g) and baking powder (1 tsp) and stir until smooth.
1:04 Add chocolate (125 g) and stir.
1:22 Line a baking sheet with glassine and lay out the dough using an ice cream spoon (or a simple spoon to form a ball).
1:27 The distance between the balls of dough should be about 10 cm, you should get 6-7 cookies.
1:31 Preheat oven to 190 C.
1:38 Bake the cookies at 190 C for 10-12 minutes, until browned.
1:47 Transfer to wire rack and cool.
