We recently had exactly one day to visit Tybee Island, Georgia on our way to a wedding. Less than 20 miles from one of our favorite cities, Savannah, Georgia, this island is a beach resort destination. We didn't have time in one day to do everything so we hit the highlights, we visited the lighthouse, a museum, the marine science center, a popular restaurant and, of course, the beautiful beaches. We arrived on Tybee Island right after breakfast, embarked on this whirlwind tour and were on the road again by dinner time. Join us as we show you what there is to love on Tybee Island.
