Use DAW Audio with Zoom and Skype in 2020 FREE

How to route multi-channel audio from Logic (or your respective DAW) and system audio into Zoom and Skype for free. You can do this with a basic USB microphone or an interface.I've ripped apart the internet trying to find the answer and alas...here it is.
