How to draw White Fur in Colored Pencil on Drafting Film

In this video I show you how to draw a white Poodle with colored pencils on Grafix double matte 0.005 drafting film.  For this drawing tutorial I use my Faber-castell Polychromos and Caran D’Ache Luminance colored pencils. I also use a slice tool, the slice pen cutter, to create fur texture. This is a Ceramic knife. I use the Tombow mono-zero eraser in combination with the slice tool.

For the background I used Panpastel on the backside of the film.

Working on drafting film with colored pencils, the slice tool and the tombow eraser gives very realistic results. In this video I am happy to show you how you can create this realistic white fur yourself!

Materials used:
- Grafix drafting film, 0.005 double matte
- Slice pen cutter
- Faber-castell Polychromos colored pencils
- Caran d’Ache Luminance colored pencils
- Tombow Mono Zero eraser
