hi here is me going through the basics of making assets from scratch for Cities Skylines.
Note: Unfortunatly (due to my stupid video software) i was not able to make a version with the text massages fixed, because the whole project is corrupt, so i will try to add those notes via youtube. I hope this can give you a basic idea on how to go about the whole modding and maybe motivate you to start moddding yourself
