A History of Typhoon Lagoon: Disney's (Other) First Water Park

It was the first of the new era of large scale water parks, influenced by the design and theming of many regular theme parks. And it ushered in a wave of similar parks, like Disney's own Blizzard Beach, Universal's Volcano Bay, Sea World's Aquatica, and many others around the world.
