In this video, I will be working with a number of items and massage to induce brain massage tingles and relaxation while soft- speaking. Lots of tapping, scratching, tracing, brushing etc. I incorporated the pillows that have been requested to appear in another video since the Beauty vid. Also, hair brushing and a countdown at the end. I hope you will use this video as a tool to get rid of any pesky stress hanging around or to relax into sleep.
