Hey all, Rob Martinez here. On today's program, I try most of the typical dishes of Ecuador on one corner in Ridgewood, Queens. Encebollado, morocho, pan con nata, ceviche, seco de chivo! Lots of amazing dishes. I hope y'all find this useful as a guide to the cuisine.
