I forgot to mention that the Priority Mail Flat Rate is inclusive of $50 insurance meanwhile the Priority Mail Express is inclusive of $100 insurance. If you mailed a Priority Mail Express and it was supposed to be delivered at a certain time, let's say, 3 pm and the tracking number will show delivered 5 minutes late or later, you can go back to any Post Office and file for a refund. You will be refunded right away once they verified that it was late than the time specified on the form by the clerk.
