I think this is one
I think this is one of the competitive Blue-Eyes versions you can play in the game. The deck's gameplan is quite simple. You summon Blue-Eyes monsters again and again by using True Light/Jet's effect and beatdown opponent with them, while also using other cards to interrupt/stop opponent's gameplan.
Spells and trap cards I play in this deck is what I feeI are best to counter the meta. I just used mini Branded and Dogmatika engine as additional consistency cards, as well as for their decent interruption effects.

Bingo Machine, Go!!! x1
Ultimate Fusion x1 (feels better than Ultimate Creature)
True Light x3 (looping BEWD+protecting it from targeting effect)
Main Deck (Optional engine, but so good imo):

Dogmatika Ecclesia, the Virtuous x1
Nadir Servant x3 (mills Garura going 1st/N'tss or Malong going 2nd)
Branded Fusion x1 (stronger Dragon Shrine)

Branded Retribution x1 (can recycle Branded Fusion to use it again)
Main Deck (optional for anti meta, the traps are loopable by using BE Tyrant's effect)
Called by the Grave x2 (anti Ash since Branded and Nadir must resolve if possible, also counters Snake-Eye and other GY related decks)
Super Polymerization x3 (best card to counter meta)
Power Filter x2 (you wont believe how strong this card can be, decent going 2nd)
