In this Video: Effective 30-Min Weight Workout: Upper Body Strength Training

This 30 min up body workout will strengthen your full upper body – chest, back, triceps, shoulders, and biceps. We will be using weights and a mat. I will cue your breath so that you will get the most effective exercise. We will be doing 10-15 reps of each exercise to work muscular strength not muscle endurance. We will not only strengthen your muscles but your bones as well. We will do 3 sets of 5 exercises (10-15 reps). This workout will pair well with any of the yoga videos. Rotate this upper body video with my lower body workout videos.


Warmup:
Twists
Shoulder circles
Cactus arms


3 sets of:
Pushups
Supermans with lat pull
Renegade row
Bicep curls with bicep burner
Triceps ext – skull crusher
Arnold shoulder press


Cooldown
Chest and back stretch
Shoulder opener
Bicep and triceps stretch
