Ingredients listed below:
3-4 Chicken Breasts
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
Cajun seasoning

Filling ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
3 tbs butter
6 oz cream cheese (soften)
1/2 - 1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ranch seasoning
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Creamy Mushroom Sauce:
3 tbs butter
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1/2 - 1 cup Portobello Mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbs cornstarch
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cumin (to taste)
Splash of Paprika

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and Serve with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes!!!💋
