Configuring my Jira from Scratch - Part 1

In this video, I am cleaning up old configurations and then start setting up Jira Software.

I configure the Issue Types, the Issue Type hierarchies and the issue type schemas. I configure the workflows for development, incidents and support. I also set up the screen schemas and configure screens for the different issue types and workflows.

Furthermore, I also set up the priority schemas with custom icons and colors. At the end, I start configuring the Jira Service Management project as well.

I am a little unfocused and I have my family appearing in the background a few times, which is why things get paused. I hope it is watchable anyway :)
