Kimami Sewai Recipe is an
Kimami Sewai Recipe is an Awadh Style festive dish recipe that is served as a dessert. This recipe is made in parts of India and the world during Eid, bakra eid and other festivals. Thin sevai is slowly roasted in desi ghee on low heat and then mix with mawa.
Dryfruits like cashew, almond, pistachio, charoli also roasted in desi ghee.
In the thick boiled milk add all the roasted dryfruits and then add sewai and mawa mixture.
cook everything untill the sevai get soft.
