Mitsubishi AJX series high feed cutter demonstrates superior performance and stability while machining long overhang - L to D - applications, helical interpolating holes, and rough machining 3D contours.
Mitsubishi AJX series high feed cutters are available in end and face mills.
AJX's inserts feature a dual phase lead angle that promotes stable cutting, excellent chip evacuation, and long tool life in the most demanding applications. AJX inserts are offered in three shapes per insert size FT, ST, and JM, and three grades: FH7020, VP15TF, and VP30RT.
