Rules/Introduction | Skyrim Player Tries to 100% "The Elder Scrolls Online"

Better late than never right?
I wanted to put together a quick intro for the "Skyrim Player Tries to 100% The Elder Scrolls Online" series as well as introduce some new rules! After over a MONTH of making these videos I've got some really great feedback, and I wanted to make sure the new adjustments were implemented smoothly!
With these new restrictions in place, I hope to increase the difficulty factor I find very lacking in ESO as well provide myself with a more "accurate" new-player experience; rather than one of a content creator with unlimited gold/resources.
Here are the rules:
1. As soon as I step foot into a new zone, I am permanently locked inside until it's 100% complete.
2. In order to leave a zone, the entire zone-guide must be complete; all achievements and fish are mandatory to collect.
3. Potions, buff food, and other consumables are strictly prohibited; the only exception being consumables that increase fishing luck/chance.
4. I didn't have the money to buy a new ESO account loaded with all the DLC, so I'm using my Father's. To compensate for his CP 600 account: champion points will never be used during this series (the only exception being 2 green nodes that boost fishing luck)!
5. All MONEY & GEAR are stripped from my character as I cross the threshold into a new zone. I must barter, earn, grind, or steal to equip my character from the ground up EVERYTIME!
