Making a career shift leap from being an engineer to a food reviewer requires a lot of courage, dedication, and hard work. It's not an easy transition, but it's certainly achievable with the right mindset and approach.
The first step in making this career shift leap is to identify a passion and interest in food, "Follow Your Passion". One needs to have a genuine love and appreciation for food, its preparation, and its consumption to excel as a food reviewer.
