Making a career shift leap from being an engineer to a food reviewer requires a lot of courage, dedication, and hard work. It's not an easy transition, but it's certainly achievable with the right mindset and approach.

The first step in making this career shift leap is to identify a passion and interest in food, "Follow Your Passion". One needs to have a genuine love and appreciation for food, its preparation, and its consumption to excel as a food reviewer. If this is already established, the next step is to build one's knowledge and skills in food reviewing.

This can be done by exploring different cuisines, understanding the different flavors, textures, and presentation techniques, and developing a critical eye for the food's quality. One can also learn about food photography, content creation, and social media marketing, as these skills are essential in the world of food blogging.

Networking is also crucial for a successful career shift leap. Building connections with chefs, restaurant owners, and other food reviewers can provide opportunities for collaboration, exposure, and growth. Attending food events, workshops, and festivals can also help to establish oneself in the food-reviewing community.

Finally, it's important to be prepared for the challenges that come with this career-shift leap. The competition is high, and there may be instances of rejection or criticism. However, with perseverance, hard work, and a positive attitude, one can establish a successful career as a food reviewer, even after making a leap from a different profession like engineering.

All of these are stereotypes about food connoisseurs, however, hemida was able to overcome them all to follow his passion to do what he really want to do, and Hemida has changed his career from civil engineer to nutritionist. We are pleased to say that Hemida will honor us with a talk about "How to follow your passion? Hemida is an Instagram food blogger and content creator based in Egypt. His Instagram handle is @hemidaaaaa, where he posts reviews of food and drinks from various restaurants and cafes in Cairo and other cities in Egypt. Hemida's reviews include pictures of the food, as well as detailed descriptions of the flavors, presentation, and overall dining experience.

Hemida has changed his career from civil engineer to nutritionist. He also provides tips and suggestions for foodies looking to explore different cuisines and dining experiences in Egypt.

In addition to his food reviews, Hemida occasionally posts lifestyle content and travel photos on his Instagram account.
