Today I show you how we make our own distilled water and how we went from buying 15+ gallons of plastic water bottles a week to having three glass gallon bottles we keep filled with distilled water we make at home.
A few people have asked . . . yes, it's good to add back in liquid minerals/take a mineral supplement since distilled water is free of the normal good minerals found in tap water. Being free from fluoride is a good trade off for us though. Below is a link to the minerals I use.
