Rheumatoid arthritis usually affects the hands and feet first, but it can occur in any joint. The main cause of Rheumatoid Arthritis is Stress and climate changes. Yoga can help in reducing stress and the effects of climate changes to a very large extent and also mobilize the joints and limbs and release all the tension and rigidity.
