Focus Modes on iOS are
Focus Modes on iOS are designed (by Apple) to help to reduce distractions by limiting notifications. BUT, with a little bit of tweaking, you can actually use these Focus Modes to create custom, alternate versions of home screen setups that can activate automatically!
Once completed, you can use this method to change your wallpaper, icons, and theme (dark/light) automatically based on a schedule you've setup.
