Face Mask Tutorial with JEUX-7510 welding machine

Tutorial shows step-by-step how to make face mask with JEUX-7510. This flatbed ultrasonic welding machine allows you to join two pieces of synthetic material without a needle and thread. The ultrasonic horn of the machine welds the two materials together, again removing any need for the material to be perforated. Depending on the shape of the ultrasonic horn this machine can create ‘mirco-seams’ or wider/ stronger ultrasonic seams – often seen in surgical masks and other PPE.
