INGREDIENTS:
2 cup milk
3 Tb milk powder
3 Tb sugar
1.5 Tb cornflour
1/4 cup milk
1 ts vanilla essence
1 cup milk chocolate
1 cup dark chocolate
RECIPE:
In a pan add milk and let it boil. Add milk powder and sugar. Mix well. Add cornflour milk mixture and cook until thick consistency. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Grind or beat with whisker. Add to mould and keep in freezer for 8 hours. Melt chocolate by double boiler method and dip the ice cream. Hold for some seconds and serve. Enjoy this summer by making this easy chocobar at your house.
செய்முறை: கடாயில் பால் சேர்த்து கொதிக்க விடவும். பால் பவுடர் மற்றும் சர்க்கரை சேர்க்கவும். நன்றாக கலந்து. கார்ன்ஃப்ளார் பால் கலவையைச் சேர்த்து, கெட்டியான நிலைத்தன்மை வரை சமைக்கவும். தீயை அணைத்து ஆற விடவும். விஸ்கர் கொண்டு கலக்கவும் அல்லது அடிக்கவும். அச்சுடன் சேர்த்து 8 மணி நேரம் ஃப்ரீசரில் வைக்கவும். இரட்டை கொதிகலன் முறையில் சாக்லேட்டை உருக்கி, ஐஸ்கிரீமை நனைக்கவும். சில நொடிகள் பிடித்து பரிமாறவும். உங்கள் வீட்டிலேயே இந்த எளிய சாக்கோபாரை உருவாக்கி இந்த கோடையில் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருங்கள்.
