Fix Leaking Pull-Down Faucet (with Collet Connection)

How to fix a leaking pull-down faucet... this is my experience. This shows you what I have been through, doing it my self. I have a Kohler K780 pull-down faucet and Kohler is known for using the infamous collet connection.You'll see why I called it that way. I ordered the parts from Amazon. I show important details on my 'journey' to share with you some tips of what and what not to do, saving you the trouble of my missteps and confusion.
