Getting married is a huge part of our faith. Looking for that right person is a challenge at times. Istikhara has been encouraged by our Prophet ﷺ. When should one make Istikhara when deciding to marry someone?
There are two important things to remember when making important decisions. The first things is istishara which means to consult people whose advice matters and who can give good advice on your situation. The second is istikhara which is asking Allah SWT for good in whatever decision you have decided to make.
