Continuous Trial System for Criminal Cases

The Supreme Court of the Republic of the Philippines, in partnership with The Asia Foundation and with funding support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the American Bar Association (ABA), is launching the Continuous Trial Project, integral part of the Justice Zone Program of the Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC).


(The JSCC is composed of representatives from the institutions that comprise the justice sector - the Judiciary, Department of Justice, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and their relevant attached agencies.)
