Is there a certain number of days you should work out per week? Does training more frequently lead to better results? Or is it basically the same?

It's common you'll hear that training more frequently is way better, but does that really hold up in science? Do we see it make much all that much of a difference?

Well it might surprise people, but it doesn't inherently! However, it might make a difference for some people.
