Why I'm Selling My Trek Slash?!

I'm selling my Trek Slash and buying a budget enduro bike.

There's no shortage of high end bikes out there, and there's no shortage of YouTube videos trying to help sell these bikes.

But it's time to stop 🛑

You see I fell into a trap when I bought my 2022 Trek Slash, carbon frame enduro bike, that I had plans on packing full of custom upgrades like a Fox 38 fork, Maxxis Tires w/ Cushcore inserts, MRP bash guard, WTB saddle… and the list was going to continue.

I even started working with my local bike shop and reviewing my high end Trek bikes and e-bikes and making videos on those.

It's time to stop the upgrade rat race for the latest gear you don't really need. And it's definitely time to stop making videos that sell you on that.
