Thank you for choosing the Time2Sleep Dental Mouthguard. Before you can enjoy your first good night’s sleep you will need to mould the mouthguard to your teeth.
There are two sizes of mouthguard in every box. The larger size is for your upper  teeth and the smaller is for your lower teeth.

Please note that the mouthguard will shrink a little during the moulding process. In order to retain the best possible fit, only trim the mouthguard length once you have followed the instructions. This may only be relevant if you have a small mouth or suffer from extreme gag-reflex.

● First boil a kettle. Then pour the heated water into a small pan or bowl and keep the water at a simmering heat.

● Carefully place the mouthguard into the water using a wooden spoon or the wooden tweezers provided.

● After approximately ten seconds or as soon as you notice the edges of the mouthguard beginning to curl, remove the mouthguard from the pan with your wooden implement. Place on a wooden surface. Glass, metal, cloth or paper towels are not suitable.

● As soon as the mouthguard has cooled enough to touch, the mouthguard is ready to mould.

● Place it inside your mouth, and close your lips and teeth. Then suck out all the air and water to create a tight fit. You can apply additional pressure with your tongue from the inside, and outside with your fingers.

● Wait for around 20 seconds with the mouthguard in position and then remove it and run it under a cold tap. This will harden the plastic and complete the moulding process.

● Your mouthguard is now ready to use. Now it’s Time 2 Sleep!
