Navia will be released in the first Phase of version 4.3, and here’s a quick Navia farming guide, where we'll cover character and talent ascension materials, as well as her best artifact sets, & Weapons.
As a Geo character, Navia's ascension requires the Prithiva Topaz gems.
Prithiva Topaz Sliver x1
Prithiva Topaz Fragments x9
Prithiva Topaz Chunks x9
Prithiva Topaz Gemstones x6
You can obtain these by defeating the Mighty Geo Hypostasis, & the Weekly bosses.
Next, you should collect 168 pieces of Spring of the First Dewdrop, for character ascension, which can be found under water near Morte Region.
You'll also need 46 pieces of Coppelius from the world boss, Icewind suite.
Navia’s character and talent ascensions, share the same monster materials, Transoceanic drops from Xenochromatic monsters. You'll need
36 Transoceanic Pearl,
96 Transoceanic chunk,
129 Xenochromatic crystal,
For talent books, farm the Equity series books from the Pale Forgotten Glory domain on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Gather,
9 Teachings of Equity,
63 Guide to Euity,
114 Philosophies of Equity,
To ascend talents from level 7 to 10, you'll require new material, Lightless silk string, from the new Weekly Pokemon, All devouring Narwhal.
Navia is an attack scaling dps character, and due to the unique nature of her kit, her dps is shared between her, Normals attacks, Elemental skill, & Elemental Burst. So, her artifacts depends on how you plan to use her.
For on field dps, Marechaussee Hunter is the best choice, followed by the upcoming, new Geo dps artifact set, Nightime Whispers in the Echoing Woods.
For off field dps, The New Geo artifact remains the top choice, followed by the Golden Troupe.
Alternatively, you can also use combinations of 2 Piece sets, boosting attack, Geo damage, elemental skill damage or elemental burst damage.
You can refer to this pre release weapon analysis for choosing weapon. Unfortunately, F2P options are very limited, and the best choices would be Blackcliff slasher from starglitter shop, & the Melusine sword, which you will get for free in an upcoming event in version 4.3
