Sony TRV238E Hi8 Handycam test after complete disassembly

Finally managed to make this camcorder work, for now. Does still have the problem which is pretty obvious in the video itself. It still can't read old cassettes, maybe because of cheap JVC or because damaged head or mechanism maybe even bad tracking, but seemed to work fine today.
