GHSA makes NIL regulations more clear during meeting

Name Image and Likeness is a growing topic surrounding college student-athletes across the country and now slowly but surely the discussion is trickling down to the high school level. Robin Hines in his last official meeting as Executive Director of GHSA wanted to "make things clear" by emphasizing the intent of the GHSA by laws regarding Name, Image and Likeness.
