The national dish in Jordan
It is made of lamb cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yogurt ( Jameed) and served with rice
for one canned jameed 450g serves a meal for 3-4 people
Ingredients :
-You need one kilo-kilo and half of lamb meat large chunks (4-5 pieces of meat)
- Jameed box 450 g
-Animal ghee, which can be mixed with vegetable oil
- Shrak bread (saj bread)
-almonds
-parsley
- Two cups rice
- Onion
- Spices (salt, black pepper, laurel bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, mansaf spice)

تتكون من لحم الضأن المطبوخ في صلصة اللبن المجفف (الجميد) ويقدم مع الأرز
بعلبة جميد واحد حجم 450 غ تكفي وجبة ل3-4 اشخاص
المكونات :
- تحتاج كيلو -كيلو و نصف لحم خاروف قطع كبيرة (4-5 قطع لحم)
- علبة جميد 450غ
- سمن حيواني و ممكن خلطه مع زيت نباتي
- خبز شراك (خبز صاج)
- لوز
- بقدونس
- رز كوبين
- بصلة
- بهارات(ملح،فلفل اسود،ورق غار لوري ،قرفة ،هيل،كركم ،بهار منسف)
بالنسبة لي ، وجدت منتجً الجميد من شركة الدرة
وأستطيع أن أقول أن الطعم ممتاز
لذيذًا للغاية وسهل التحضير
