Pai Lum Short Forms of the Tiger

This video is compiled of archive footage of then Assistant Instructor PJ Zippittelli walking through the beginner Bai Lung Chuan Fa (Pai Lum) forms known as "The Short Forms of the Tiger."  This was filmed in 2001 when the school was located on Adams Ave. in downtown Scranton Pa.  The purpose of the video at that time was to catalog the basic techniques and motions of the forms in the foundation curriculum. Bai Lung Chuan Fa was the style being instructed at the Academy during this time.  The version of the forms being presented here is the version that was instructed at the Academy before Shigung Felter retired in January of 2005.
