How to cook Chicken of the Woods Mushrooms

My absolute favorite way to cook Chicken of the woods Mushrooms. Sautee in butter with orange bell peppers and onions. Piled on top of a Venison Hamburger covered in melted baby swiss cheese. Enjoy!!
