Today we prepare a tiramisu with strawberries and mascarpone, among the quick and easy dessert recipes we prefer.
Preparing the strawberry tiramisu is very easy, just assemble the ladyfingers soaked in strawberry syrup, the strawberries and the mascarpone cream in a glass, in a cup or a mold.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 500 gr of Mascarpone
- 625 grams of yogurt with strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- Savoiardi q.b.
- Strawberries for garnish
