The COST to Prepare Raw Land for a New Manufactured Home | $$ Update

We have officially started preparing the new lot for our 1560 square foot double wide. This property needs a lot of work before the home arrives and I think we're off to a great start! It has been just over a week since we took possession of the lot and it's already starting to take shape, the home site is is clearly defined and the lot looks massive with the trees and brush removed.
