HOW TO MAKE GUAVA JAM with Ginger & Lime ( Totally delicious recipe)

So I am Jamaican... That
So I am Jamaican... That means when its guava season, we make guava jam! Lol I grew up with my Grandma making jams and then I went to school and the foods teacher taught us how to make Jam... and then I went to foods school and the Chef taught us how to pair flavours in juices, jams, sauces, and sorbets and thats where this recipe comes from:
Ingredients:
3 Cups of puree ( Guava blended with water)
3 Cups of brown Sugar ( equal parts to the puree)
1 handful of Ginger
2 Tbsp Lime or Lemon juice
2nd Samuel 23:3
‘When one rules over people in righteousness,
when he rules in the fear of God,

he is like the light of morning at sunrise
on a cloudless morning,
like the brightness after rain
that brings grass from the earth.'
