Omelette With Minced Pork
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Cornstarch
150g Minced Pork marinated with:
- 1 to 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Dashes of white pepper
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Shallot, chopped
1 Shiitake Mushroom, diced
1/3 Carrot, chopped
1 bundle of Chives, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 - 2 tsp Sugar
Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Black Vinegar
2 tbsp Shaoxing Rice Wine
6 tbsp Water
1 tsp Sugar
Corn Slurry (1 tbsp Cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)
