Just started but already losing weight with no exercise. Will keep updating with results

I started taking this on 4-5-16. This is my third day taking it but I will keep updating my review as time goes on. I bought two of the 60 capsule bottles. I decided to just start by taking the two capsules. I've been jittery and sort of nauseous so I'm going to only take one tablet starting tomorrow. I am not a daily caffeine drinker. I don't drink coffe or sodas daily. I will occasionally buy a soda, maybe two or three a month, so I am thinking the high amount of caffeine is what's affecting me negatively. I consider myself very overweight. After having my daughter in 2012 I was around 160 lbs. I've always had a big butt, but I was happy with my size. I got an IUD put in and started instantly gaining weight. After two years I had it taken out due to migraines, weight gain, and depression. Because of my weight I am depressed so it is hard to find motivation. I'm at 255 lbs and I am sick of hating my own skin. After doing some research I decided to give these a try. I paid $120 for the two bottles from GNC. The price was kind of high and I was iffy about it but the reviews made me want to give it a shot.
On my second day of taking two capsules I felt more energy. I actually wanted to work out. I found a short video on Youtube of an ab, hip, and thight routine and tried it which was more than I've done in a long time. I'm going to try to stick to doing it everyday. I am not an active person. My step counter on my phone normally ranges around 3000 steps. I don't always have my phone with me when I'm walking around but I want to start going on a daily walk with my family to get off the couch. I'm a couch potato. As for eating, we aren't big junk food people. I don't count my calories. I have tried changing some things though with our daily eating habits. My family LOVES kraft mac and cheese. Me, not so much. But we always bought it. I started buying a store brand here in TX that is less calories. We have always ate lots of fruits and veggies so we stocked up on them.
Yesterday 4-6-2016 I had no urge to really eat anything. I nibbled here and there. Today, it is 12:36 pm and I haven't wanted to eat anything yet. I take the capsules around 7am. Anytime I get up to go to the bathroom, or do anything, I stop in the kitchen and drink a glass of water. I need to up my intake of water though. These definitely make you hotter. I've had to turn our AC up more than I normally do. But it doesn't bother me. So far I haven't lost any weight, but I'm only on my third day. After I have been using this for a week I will put an update on my review.
UPDATE 4-8-2016
This is my fourth day of taking two capsules. I weighed myself after I woke up and went to the bathroom and I am 6 lbs lighter from yesterday morning and the closest thing to a workout I did yesterday was walk around the hospital to find someone's office. I didn't eat much yesterday. Around 2PM I decided I needed to have something, so I had a DOTERRA Trim Shake with 2% milk. Then around 8PM for dinner we had Bush's chicken. I can already see a difference in my face. It looks slimmer which I am very excited for. My face getting pudgy was one of my top issues I had with my weight gain. I am trying to build up the courage of taking photos of myself to show the progress when I get further into taking these.
