Hello, and welcome to Quant Chemistry.
For every observable physical quantity in classical mechanics, there exists an operator in quantum mechanics. In this video, I discussed the operator in quantum mechanics. Quantum operators are the linear Hermitian operator and unitary operators are used for the time evolution of a state. A few important operators are discussed in detail in this video.
