Prince Harry tries to master a traditional Lesotho dance during a visit to a centre for deaf children in the Southern African country.

The prince travelled to Lesotho to learn first hand about his charity Sentebale's latest projects.

He was joined at the Kananelo Centre for the Deaf, close to the kingdom's capital Maseru, by Lesotho's Prince Seeiso, who co-founded Sentebale with Prince Harry in 2006.

The two princes were taught how to do a traditional kneeling dance, which they struggled to master, much to their amusement.

They then joined in a home economics lesson, where Prince Harry was given a Paddington Bear apron so that he could have a go at making "fat cakes" -- a kind of doughnut.

He declared the finished products to be "great," and offered them round to members of the media.

Prince Harry was then given a sign language demonstration before learning how to sign the words "sister," "mother" and "father".
