Coffee Infused Panna Cotta with a Coffee Top Layer

3 cups of heavy cream
1/2 cup of sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Approximately 5 tablespoons of ground coffee or 5 tsp of expresso powder
1 package of powdered gelatin (1 1/2 tsp of gelatin powder)
1 cup of whole milk
I cup of coffee
Brown sugar to taste
1/2 package of powdered gelatin or 1 1/4 tsp of powdered gelatin

* I'm not sure if forgot to mention to place it back into the refrigerator once again after you have poured the coffee on top. Refrigerate for another hour or two or until the top layer has set.
